The material delivered on US Soccer’s coach education programs is amongst the best in the world. From Youth Module through ‘A’ license the material is current and at the forefront of current trends in coach education. I encourage all aspiring coaches to pursue through your local State Association an appropriate level coaching license.
As a current US Soccer National Staff Instructor and former English Football Association tutor assessor, I have taught many courses at all levels to both ex- professionals and the newly “volunteered” Mom and Dad. No matter what course I teach there is a constant on each and every course: That is; there are areas or topics on the courses that candidates would like more information or time spent on.
It is with that in mind that I have put together three coach learning opportunities for those that wish to add to their current knowledge and for those “new” to the challenging yet extremely rewarding position of youth coach!
In addition I have developed a parent education course and a young coach learning opportunity for young athletes starting out in the coaching field.
- There is no grading or testing on any of these programs creating a stress free atmosphere conducive to learning through active listening and participation.
- Programs can be arranged for your club coaches at a venue of your choice.
- No matter what level of license you currently hold these courses will complement and enhance your knowledge of presenting and teaching the game to your player’s.
If you think your club would be interested in hosting a coach learning program course, check out our current courses or call me today.
